Fair Rate Travel Agency — Referral Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Summary
- Only 100 Founding Referral Partners will ever be available — first come, first served
- Founding Partners keep 100% of their earned referral commission for their first 12 months, beginning on the date their account is activated

1. Overview
This Referral Partner Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Fair Rate Travel Agency Referral Partner Program. By signing up, you agree to comply with these terms in full. Joining is free. Earning is not guaranteed — you earn commission only when people you refer complete qualifying bookings through Fair Rate.
2. Commission Structure
Referral commission is calculated according to the applicable product and supplier terms and the commission actually earned by Fair Rate Travel Agency on the qualifying booking. During the first 12 months, Founding Partners receive 100% of their eligible referral commission. After the first 12 months, the commission is split 50/50 between the referral partner and Fair Rate Travel Agency. Only 100 Founding Partner positions will ever be available.
3. Founding Partner Period
Your Founding Partner period begins on the date your account is activated (the date your partner record is created) and continues for 12 consecutive months. For example, if your account is activated on September 1, 2026, your 100% commission period runs through August 31, 2027. After that date, your commission tier automatically moves to the 50/50 split.
4. Qualified Booking Definition
A booking is considered "qualified" only when: (a) the booking is fully paid, (b) the traveler has successfully checked in at the hotel (or departed on the flight, for flight-only bookings), and (c) the booking is not canceled, refunded, or fraudulent. Commissions are approved after confirmation of check-in, with a 7-day holding period.
5. Tracking
Each referral partner is assigned a unique tracking referral link (e.g. fairratetravelagency.base44.app/?ref=yourcode) and a unique referral code (e.g. SHANICE123). Customers may either click your link or simply mention your code to Fair Rate staff when booking, and the booking will be attributed to you. Fair Rate is not responsible for lost commissions due to incorrect link usage, cleared cookies, or technical issues outside our control. Please encourage your referrals to use your link or mention your code to ensure attribution.
6. Payment Terms
Approved commissions are paid out monthly via the method you select at signup (PayPal or bank transfer). There is no minimum payout threshold — every approved commission is paid, regardless of amount. A 7-day holding period applies after check-in before a commission is approved and scheduled for payout. No income is guaranteed; you earn only when your referrals complete qualifying bookings.
7. Prohibited Activities
Referral partners may NOT: refer themselves; use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising; make unrealistic or guaranteed earnings claims; send spam or unsolicited messages; impersonate the Fair Rate brand; or engage in fraudulent bookings. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
8. Promotion Guidelines
Partners agree to promote honestly and ethically, clearly disclose their referral relationship wherever required by applicable law or advertising rules, and avoid any actions that may damage the brand reputation of Fair Rate Travel Agency. Partners must not make misleading scarcity claims or represent the number of Founding Partner positions inaccurately.
9. Termination
Fair Rate Travel Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate any referral partner account at any time, with or without notice, and to reject commissions deemed invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fair Rate Travel Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for tracking errors outside of reasonable control. Participation in the program does not constitute an employment relationship.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica, including the Consumer Protection Act. Any disputes shall be resolved under Jamaican jurisdiction.
12. Acceptance
By registering as a referral partner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
